Swedish Massage
The classic for a reason: long, rhythmic strokes with warm oil that slow the breath, loosen tired muscles and quiet a busy mind. Choose 60 minutes for a reset or 90 to let go completely.

Questions,
answered.
How is Swedish different from deep tissue?
Swedish works lighter and more rhythmically for relaxation; deep tissue goes slower and firmer into specific knots. Unsure? Your therapist will feel what your body needs and advise.
60 or 90 minutes?
60 covers the full body well. 90 gives every area unhurried attention — the one guests rebook.
Can I ask for firmer or lighter pressure?
Always — mid-treatment too. Nothing is fixed except your comfort.
Is it okay if I fall asleep?
It's a compliment. Many guests do.
