What to expect
01We map the areas that need work and agree on pressure.
02Heat and broad strokes warm the tissue before deeper work begins.
03Slow, firm techniques work into each knot — you control the depth.
04Stretch guidance and water to finish; mild next-day soreness is normal.

Pairs well with
Hot bath before (30 min)
Hot stones next visit (75 min)
Questions,
answered.
Will it hurt?
It works at the edge of comfortable — 'good pain' — never past it. You set the limit and your therapist respects it, always.
How often should I come?
For a stubborn problem, weekly for two or three visits, then monthly maintenance keeps it away.
Can you focus on just my back and shoulders?
Yes — a targeted 60 minutes on problem areas is often more effective than spreading the time thin.
What should I do afterwards?
Drink water, keep the evening easy, and stretch gently the next day.
