Strip spas: convenience, at strip prices
Hotel and strip spas are steps from your room, and some are genuinely good. You pay for that geography — the same massage often costs noticeably more than it does inland, and tourist-strip booking pressure means shorter, busier slots in season.
The inland option
Sukuta is 15–20 minutes by taxi from Kololi or Senegambia — any driver knows Jabang Highway. Inland you get local prices, longer unhurried slots, and treatments built for residents who return monthly, not one-time visitors. Our visitor page covers taxis, fares and timing.
What to book as a visitor
After the flight: the Tourist Reset — deep tissue, express facial, hot bath. Mid-holiday: braids that survive the beach or a mani-pedi. Last evening: a Swedish massage before the night flight home — you'll sleep through the turbulence.
